Kelly Hood (Owner) has over 30 years of experience in the field of manufacturing.  He started in general machining and quickly moved to mold and die where he became a Journeyman toolmaker.  Through his years in the field, Kelly has worked in many different sectors from Mold and Die to large scale production where he handled design and layouts of many different jigs and fixtures, secondary equipment and tooling design and layouts for production runs.  Kelly would greatly appreciate the opportunity to work with you and your upcoming projects to help you meet your manufacturing needs.

Justin Hood (Shop Foreman ) has over 10 years of machining experience. Beginning with manual machine work and tool grinding Justin then  moved on to programming and running CNC machines. He has a background of die repair, custom cutting tools, fixtures and jigs, and maintenance machine work. Justin now manages and works in our shop.

Kayla Perry (Quality Manager) has been with Hood Tooling & Machine LLC since 2017, she has a Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics from Henderson State University.

Patty Hood (Office Manager) has been with Hood Tooling & Machine LLC since 2012
